The gimmick of the “Question Jar Show” is…well…the Question Jar. Once Scrap and Mike finished sound check, they put a big glass jar out on stage with the idea that folks could write questions on a piece of paper (almost wrote “scrap” of paper…oops…sorry Scrap) before the show. The jar was filled by audience members before both sold out shows, and they got very nearly to the bottom of the jar in the course of each 90+ minute set. It was a great way to create intimacy between performer and audience - at least it worked really well for MD.

Anyways, here’s a photo I bet he’s happy I was able to capture. All I’ll say is that everyone laughed a lot. It was perhaps the most enjoyable evening I’ve spent at a show at Mississippi Studios…which is really saying something.
