Tugging at Vancouver

There are docks all over Vancouver, what with it being a port city and all. There is even what they call a “SeaBus” to get commuters from one side of the north bay to the other.

In keeping with my “cities are more interesting at night” theme, here is a shot of a ferry docked in North Vancouver (”North Van” to the locals). You can see the Vancouver city skyline clearly in the background.

I am of the opinion that cities are at least as fascinating by night as they are by day…so I always try to make it a point to take my camera out for a walk late at night when I’m new to a city.
